Clinical Supervision
Grow Beyond Competence. Develop Clinical Confidence.
Clinical supervision is about more than completing hours toward licensure. It's an opportunity to deepen your clinical thinking, strengthen your therapeutic skills, and develop confidence in your own professional identity.
I provide supportive, thoughtful supervision for pre-licensed therapists who want to become intentional, ethical, and effective clinicians while developing their own authentic therapeutic style.

Clinical Supervision
Support for Emerging Therapists Who Want to Grow With
Depth, Clarity, and Confidence
Clinical work is meaningful, complex, and deeply human. Supervision should be more than simply reviewing cases or checking boxes for licensure. It should be a space where you feel supported, challenged, grounded, and encouraged as you develop your clinical identity.
I offer clinical supervision for emerging therapists who are looking for thoughtful, ethical, relational support as they grow in confidence, clinical skill, and professional self-trust.
My supervision style is warm, collaborative, direct when needed, and rooted in curiosity. I value helping clinicians deepen their understanding of client dynamics, strengthen case conceptualization, develop sound clinical judgment, and become more attuned to their own internal responses in the therapy room.
My Approach to Supervision
Supervision with me may include support with:
-
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
-
Attachment patterns and relational dynamics
-
Trauma-informed care
-
Anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions
-
Codependency, boundaries, self-worth, and relationship patterns
-
Body image, emotional eating, and binge eating concerns
-
Ethical decision-making and documentation
-
Countertransference, clinical confidence, and professional identity development
-
Private practice development and sustainable clinician growth
I believe strong clinical work comes from both skill and self-awareness. My goal is to help you become more grounded in who you are as a therapist, not simply teach you to practice like someone else.
Who I work with
I currently offer supervision for clinicians pursuing
licensure in Missouri & California.
I may also offer consultation, professional support, or supervision-related guidance for therapists in other states where appropriate, depending on licensure rules, board requirements, and the specific needs of the clinician.
Because supervision requirements vary by state and license type, supervisees are responsible for confirming that supervision meets their board’s current requirements.
Supervision is available by secure telehealth.
Individual and group supervision options may be available depending on current scheduling needs and supervisee fit.
Please contact me to discuss current availability, supervision format, fees, and whether my supervision can meet your licensure requirements.
