I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. From small scale circumstances, to traumatic experiences - my treatment approach is personalized to suit each of my clients unique needs. Therapy theories used designed to strengthen confidence, and assist in the healing process. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.
